一、 生產(chǎn)線工藝流程 Production Process：

原料（帶鋼卷）→開卷→剪切、對(duì)焊→儲(chǔ)料→被動(dòng)矯平→成型軋制→高頻焊接→去除外毛刺→噴淋冷卻→定徑、整型→粗矯直→定尺切斷→收管、捆扎。

Raw material (with steel strip coil) → decoiler → shear and butt-welder → strip sccumulator → passively leveling → forming machine → high frequency welding → removing the burrs outside → spraying & cooling → setting machine → straightening → fixed length cutting → run out table → finished tube

二、 機(jī)組各單元設(shè)備配置簡(jiǎn)介：

1. 開卷機(jī) Uncoiler：

本部套的功能是將整卷帶鋼拆開，為成型機(jī)提供所需原料。

Function of this uncoiler is to decoil the steel coil to provide raw materials for forming machine.

1. 剪切對(duì)焊機(jī)（用戶自配） 

Shear and Butt-welder (Customer Provided)：

本部套的功能是通過人工給料將兩卷鋼帶的首尾不規(guī)則部份用機(jī)械切除，然后首尾對(duì)齊焊接并打磨整平，供應(yīng)儲(chǔ)料箱。

2. 儲(chǔ)料箱 Sccumulator：

本部套有籠式料箱和臥式活套兩種，供用戶根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行選擇。

Including cage sccumulator and horizontal sccumulator. Customer can decide which one to choose based on their conditions.

籠式料箱的作用是在鋼帶上料并進(jìn)行首尾焊接的過程中，儲(chǔ)存一定量的鋼帶供應(yīng)主機(jī)軋制，以保證連續(xù)生產(chǎn)不停機(jī)。

Function of cage sccumulator is to ensure the continuous production during the process of feeding steel strip and welding end to end by storing enough steel strip to supply main rolling.

打料電機(jī)Knockout Motor：Y132M2-6-B3  5.5KW  960 r/min

臥式活套工作原理是進(jìn)料裝置氣缸壓緊鋼帶，進(jìn)料電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)送料輥，靠磨擦力向儲(chǔ)料盤充料，主電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)大盤料倉外籠輸送輥轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，將帶鋼以內(nèi)、外側(cè)相反的方向卷存于內(nèi)、外側(cè)存料區(qū)。一卷鋼帶存完即停機(jī)，等待剪切（頭）、對(duì)焊完畢，再向料倉充料。

Operating principle of horizontal sccumulator: 1) air cylinder of feeding device pressing the steel strip. 2) feeding motor driving the feeding roller to feed the steel strip into sccumulator by force of friction. 3) Main motor driving the transfer roller rotating to store the steel strip in sccumulator. 4) sccumulator stops when one steel coil finished, waiting for the next steel coil.

活套直徑Sccumulator Diameter：Φ3500㎜

打料電機(jī)Knockout Motor：YCT200-4B 7.5KW    

儲(chǔ)料電機(jī)Storing Motor：YCT225-4B 15KW

3. 成型主機(jī) Forming Machine：

本部套的功能是利用成型模具軋輥將經(jīng)過的帶鋼壓制成所需的管坯。

1. 導(dǎo)向、擠壓、刨疤機(jī)構(gòu)Guiding , extruding amd scraping device：

本部套的功能是將成型管坯焊縫對(duì)中送至擠壓機(jī)構(gòu)，使管縫閉合焊接，再用刨刀去除外焊疤，從而得到平整、光滑的焊接表面。

1. 冷卻：采用水槽噴淋式使焊接后的管坯得到充分冷卻。

Cooling: using water tank spraying method to ensure the tube blank is enough cooled.
